Why growing effective managers and why transforming them into Leaders?

Most of the successful companies are having an engagement environment and the prime mover creating it is the LEADER.

Successful leaders are interested about what they can do for accomplishing the best results, they have the vision, they create performing teams by inspiring them, they create flexible structure ready to adapt to the reality.

Fortune magazines “100 Best Companies to Work for” study reveled that an engaging workplace is driven by three interconnected RELATIONSHIPS:

Growing effective managers means helping them identify and prioritize their own development opportunities. By doing so, you help also your organization to better focus the management trainings and development investments, proactively uncover misaligned priorities between senior executives and front-line managers, and surface management issues that could lead to low employee productivity, morale, satisfaction and turnover.

How to do it?

Analyze the present performance, needs and development points, create a strategy, make an action plan, implement it.

We are using an Organizational  Management Analysis (OMA) in order to have a base for further planning the coaching and mentoring strategy. We start with the CheckPoint 360° which is an assessment report part of the OMA. It is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of managers.
