The economic structure and the managerial theory we are learning in school or we are willing to apply from books written by different gurus in economic/managerial fields are not enough anymore. In the same time new trends were born: development of soft skills, communication, team building, establishing trust and getting people to cooperate, integrity, ethics. They are more about practice and behavior than expertise or science, just as management is about. The modules from the COACHING PROGRAMME are chosen intending to develop both relationship efficiency and self-confidence.
The program is centered on the use of the coaching as a management method, team leadership and change management technique.
